Starter is priced per imaging order ($0.35 / order) for single-department CLIN pilots where volume is easy to meter. Pro adds ARKA-INS payer-side capabilities and is priced at $0.45 PMPM for mid-size systems that want CLIN + INS on a membership basis. Enterprise is a custom contract with a $500K ARR minimum for the full platform.
A pilot deploys ARKA-CLIN (CDS Hooks or standalone) in one department or line of business, with agreed success metrics, sandbox validation access, and a named ARKA success contact. Pro pilots can add ARKA-INS endpoints in a non-production or limited-production lane. We co-write the success threshold before kickoff.
Before the pilot starts, we agree on measurable outcomes — for example, appropriateness score distribution, denial-risk reduction on a defined cohort, or PA turnaround within CMS-0057-F SLAs. If the pilot does not hit the agreed threshold, month 1 of production is free under our Pilot-to-Production guarantee.
